A charismatic keynote speaker on his specialist topic “Understanding Resilience – The Antidote to Being Tired and Wired”, Roddy presents many of our course programmes to business clients keen to improve the resilience of their managers and leaders during these times of increased work pressure. Successful senior management and main board roles in the Corporate, SME and 3rd sectors, combined with Coaching, NLP, Mental Health First Aid Instruction and Psychotherapeutic Counselling qualifications, Roddy has a unique balance of business experience and professional expertise. A recognised passion to combine the science behind how to improve individual resilience, with practical skills and techniques from both Western and Eastern cultures, has culminated in the publication of Roddy’s first book on resilience, due out Autumn 2015.
Extensive experience in managing, designing and implementing award winning change and business improvement solutions, across market sectors, Mitch is simply “the expert” when it comes to organisational and change management issues. Working within multi-functional and multi-cultural environments he has the ability to combine real business management experience with the application of appropriate management and development techniques such as Six Sigma, Business Process Reengineering and Employee Engagement. As a NLP coach and presenter, backed with an MA in Change Management and proven success helping organisations make change happen, Mitch understands the challenges and pressures faced by managers and leaders and importantly how to help them develop resilience so that their performance thrives.
As an experienced business psychologist and accredited executive coach, Louise has worked in all aspects of human performance, from preventing human error to maximising human potential. A Masters graduate in Human Factors and Applied Psychology, Louise has enjoyed a notable career helping people to reach their full potential and achieve personal and professional success. Louise has worked as a behavioural expert in a range of industries such as Aviation, Rail, Energy and Media and has advised on several European bodies. With over 20 years experience, Louise has coached in many successful partnerships with large organisations (Qantas, Arthur D Little, Network Rail, ITV) specialising in cultural change, stress management and developing high performance teams.
Following a successful career as a Pharmaceutical Business Manager specialising in neuroscience, Anna brings a medical perspective to our work supporting resilience and workplace mental health training. Her background also gives a perspective concerning the financial and social cost that individuals, organisations and the NHS incur as a result of mental wellbeing issues. Anna is a highly experienced events and logistics manager with many successful large complex programmes, including the 2012 Olympics, to her credit. This ensures that our own programmes, no matter what size and complexity, are expertly delivered on time and to budget.
An international speaker on Coaching, Group Dynamics and NLP, Arielle is also the author of “Compassionate Coaching”, a book covering coaching techniques and styles and has appeared on a documentary DVD, “The Living Matrix”. As well as leadership coaching, her specialist areas also include coaching on health subjects.
With a background in Stress Management, Psychology and Psychometrics, Jacinta has, in addition, considerable experience running Assessment Centres for large corporate clients in the UK. Her work across the Asia specific region too gives her valuable knowledge of diverse nationalities and cultures when coaching.
Zen meditation creates more mental space, improving focus and mental creativity. With over 25 years practice and training, Jayne coaches individuals and delivers keynote talks to groups on the subject of ‘the zone’ or ‘flow’ state of peak performance which develops from Zen practice. She is also the author of “Stillness in Motion” and “Zen Mind Sports Mind – where Eastern Philosophy Meets the Mental Game”.
Fluent in Spanish, English and French, Maite has extensive experience of coaching one-to-one, group coaching, designing and facilitating workshops. Her areas of expertise include building bridges between cultures, sharing knowledge within the organisation and embracing cultural diversity.
Having held programme director roles in the private and public sectors, public private partnerships (PPPs), and ‘Big 4’ consultancy practices, Peter has wide-ranging experience across a variety of industries. With a background in project management Peter is also the author of “NLP for Project Managers”.
